Uploading a Document via FTP
(For Mac users)

Mac users will need FETCH to upload files to our FTP site.
Download Fetch at http://fetchsoftworks.com Freeware

1. In an FTP client window (i.e. Fetch, Cyberduck, etc.), type in the following information where required:

a. For Server, Host or Host name, use "www.pro-printers.com" (without quotes)

b. For User or Username, use "pro" (without quotes)

c. For Password, use "printers" (without quotes)

2. Drag files from current location onto the FTP client's window and release.

3. Congratulations, You have uploaded your files to us. Please send an email to your salesperson or to info@pro-printers.com to notify them of your upload.
